What is the deposit policy?
For reservations booked under our standard rate, a 50% deposit of the total charges is required at the time of booking. Discounted and promotional rates may require 100% prepayment. Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover. A confirmation will be sent once your deposit has been received.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies depend on your selected rate. Our standard rate requires at least 72 hours’ notice before your scheduled arrival to receive a deposit refund for any changes or cancellations. Discounted and promotional rates may have different policies, including non-refundable terms. Details are provided in the rate description at booking.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Please note that our front desk hours vary by season. If you anticipate a late arrival, be sure to notify us in advance.
Do you offer early check-in and late check-out?
We do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests. To guarantee an early arrival or late departure, we recommend selecting it as an add-on during mobile check-in or texting us—we’d be happy to assist! Please note that additional fees apply.
Do you offer parking?
Yes! We offer complimentary parking for one vehicle per room. If you will have multiple vehicles during your stay, please notify our team in advance to confirm availability. Additional fees may apply.
Are you pet-friendly?
Absolutely! We welcome dogs with a nightly fee of $50. Guests are allowed two dogs per room. If you didn’t add your furry friend during booking, you can do so at check-in.
Do you offer WIFI?
Yes! You’ll receive login details at check-in.
Housekeeping
Although we do not offer daily housekeeping, we do provide our guests with clean, fresh linens and trash removal upon request. Please try to have this request in by 12pm to ensure we can provide you with all the requested items.
Smoking
Our property is 100% smoke-free. Smoking in rooms or on balconies will result in a $250 fee. Designated smoking areas are available.
Alcohol
Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Please be mindful of others and drink responsibly in shared spaces.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused by gross negligence.
