Heating & Cooling
Each of our guest rooms are controlled by central heating and cooling. The Hill, Riverfront and World's Fair Suite are all controlled under one system. Individual room control can adjust the temperature up or down by a few degrees. Use the thermostat on the wall and turn the outer ring up or down to change the desired temperature.
 The Botanical Garden Suite has it's own system and thermostat to control your comfort level. The Bell Tower is controlled by two mini splits and a remote control to set their desired temperature.Â
In addition to central air, each room has a ceiling fan. Do not attempt to open windows, especially the stain glass windows, to control the temperature of your room.
The rooms are set to either cool or heat, but not both.
If your room is too warm or too cold after adjusting your temperature you may use additional blankets or request additional fans to help adjust your comfort level. If you have trouble with the temperature of your room, please reach out to us we will be happy to assist.
