- Where is the parking lot?

Our parking lot is located outside, behind our building, at the end of the lane called "Lane North Queen East Broadview".

- Is free parking included in my stay?

Yes, each stay includes 1 parking spot in our dedicated back parking lot.

- Do I need to register/give my car details to you guys?

No, there's no need to register or provide your car details for your stay.

- Do I need to park in a specific numbered parking spot in the back?

No, you can park in any spot in our parking lot.

- Can I park more than one vehicle?

If you need more than one spot you can purchase it on the main page - scroll down to "Upgrades" and click "Extra Parking".

- What size vehicle can fit in the parking lot?

The parking lot accommodates standard vehicles, with some spots available for larger vehicles. However, due to limited space, we cannot guarantee availability for vehicles larger than standard size.

- Can I leave my car parked after checking out?

Unfortunately, to ensure there's enough parking spots for all of our guests we must ask that you move your vehicle by your check-out time.

- How come the bathtub plug is not blocking water?

The bathtub drains do not block water by design, this is to prevent water overflow accidents. Do not attempt to block any drains.

- I was using a couple devices and the lights/TV went out what do I do?

If the lights or TV go out while using multiple devices, it might be due to a blown fuse. Here's what to do:

  • 1. Locate the fuse box (usually a panel on the wall, typically found in a closet, bedroom, or bathroom)
  • 2. Open the panel and look for a switch that is out of alignment or in the "off" position.
  • 3. If you can't identify a specific switch, flip all the switches off and then back on to reset them to their original positions.

- What is the WIFI user and password?

- Where can I find kitchen basics such as salt, pepper, oil, etc.?

To address waste and sanitary concerns, we have decided to discontinue providing these essentials. To ensure quality, we would need to discard them between guests. For your convenience, there is a store located right next to our building where you can find all these basic items!

- Are there any check out instructions?

Yes, we kindly ask guests to follow these check-out steps: 1. Turn off all lights and appliances. 2. Dispose of any garbage. 3. Clean any dishes and leave them on the drying rack. 4. Lock the door upon departure. Thank you for your cooperation!

- I left something at the hotel, where can I find it?

Our Lost and Found is located in the yellow box near the back entrance, beside the plant. When our cleaners find items, they place them in this box. If your item isn't there, unfortunately, it means it wasn’t found.

- Do you collect a deposit?

Yes, we collect a $300 deposit for each stay.
