By completing this booking I acknowledge that I have read and accept the Terms & Conditions, Cancellation and No Show policies: Changes or cancellations made 48 hours prior arrival: no penalty applies. Changes or cancellations made between 48 hours prior arrival and check in date or No-shows are subject to a hostel penalty equal to total nights stay of the total amount paid in the reservation. 

*Payment upon arrival by: Cash (Mexican peso, USD or EURO) or Credit/Debit card (Visa or Mastercard). This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival.

*Please note that all our private rooms have a double bed, not two single beds.

*We do not accept customers younger than 18 years old.

*Wi-Fi is free and available just at common areas.

*At your arrival, by a new government regulation, we will charge an environmental fee of 4.75 USD per room per night. More info click here.

*Not included 1 USD per person per night - Guest Service Fee

*No curfew

*Non smoking property - a fine of 50 USD in case of smoking inside of the property or rooms

*No pets allowed

**A deposit of $50 USD will be charged at the time of check-in for allreservations in Private rooms and $20 USD per bed for dorms. In the case of any damages/theft of the room, the deposit will be retained. If the damage/theft is greater than the amount of the deposit, the guest will be required to pay the total amount of the repair/replacement. This deposit is100% refundable in the case there is no damage/theft of the room.
