On your check-in day, you are welcome to drop off your luggage beginning at 8:00 AM, allowing you to enjoy the charm of Old Town before check-in time at 3:00 PM.
On your check-out day, luggage may be stored until 4:00 PM. Please bring your bags to the lobby, where our staff will be happy to assist you. When returning to collect your luggage, simply ring the doorbell at the front entrance for prompt service.
If you require storage beyond these designated times, we kindly recommend nearby services such as Bounce (Tap here for link).
Please note that a $150 fee may apply for luggage not picked up by the specified time.
