  • You will receive a cabin number and keycode between 14.45 and 15.00 on the day of arrival. Please make sure we have your mobile/cell phone number (including country code) and email.
  • Please CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM folder on the day of arrival if you appear not to have received your keycode and cabin information.
  • The Keybox is located to the right of the cabin door and the key to the door is located inside the box.

In this Guest book, you will find some useful information including directions, check-in information, and recommended activities so you can make the most of your time here.

We don't have a reception on site, so we have a self-check-in service.

You will receive a cabin number and keycode between 14.45 and 15.00 on the day of arrival.

Please note that we don't offer transfers or shuttle services, so we highly recommend renting a car. We're about 1.5 hours from Tromsø, and having your own transport will make your trip smoother.

WIFI -There is complimentary WiFi at the cabins however due to the rural location it may be a lot slower than you are used to. 

The connection can be very unstable and in extreme weather conditions, it may stop.  

Unfortunately, the nearest engineers are over 2.5 hours away, and although we do try to monitor the connection we hope you understand that often an outage is outside of our control. We hope the magnificent view makes up for any loss of service.
