We offer a small car park next to the cabins where you can park free of charge. Please be considerate when parking, as the spaces are shared with other guests.
You can drive up to the cabins to unload your belongings, but parking directly outside is not permitted as access must remain clear at all times—especially in winter when the snowplow needs to maintain the area. Parking on the terrace is strictly prohibited.
Electric Car Chargers:
There is an electric car charging station near the Viking Longhouse, just a few minutes' walk from the cabins. These chargers are generally compatible with Teslas and other electric vehicles, but please verify before use if you’re unsure.
The chargers operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so ensure you have enough charge for a smooth onward journey. Additional chargers are available in Lyngseidet, (behind the COOP Extra)
Winter Driving:
Please be cautious in winter, as the area can become slippery. If you encounter difficulties with your car, contact your hire car company or the rescue service.
Before setting off on your journey, please check for road updates, visit: www.175.no Top Tip:
In the Arctic, weather can change rapidly. On your departure day, plan at least 30 minutes to clear snow and defrost your car. This will help ensure a timely and smooth departure.
